Bentonville seams to be way ahead of the pack. We haven't seen catholic or cabot yet but we beat central by 64 points at heritage.

how about individuals?
give me your line up
103 Robert Lewis Bentonville
112 ?
119
125 maybe Adam Irons bentonville or the catholic kid
130 Becker Central ( i think he is at this weight)
135 Kile Coatney bentonville ?
140 Cappy leaf Fayettville
145 Eubanks Fayettville?
152 Schular Bentonville
160 Cody conklin Bentonville
171 ?
189 ?
215 ?
285 pope cac
And, as i already said, Bentonville is my pick for Team state. Followed by possibly Cabot or catholic.

does anyone else use this forum?
i see that a lot of people are viewing this but nobody is posting anything
i must revise my earlier post
I was confident about Cappy Leaf earlier as the 140 state champion but last thursday Drew Coble (bentonville) Lost to him by only one point and then on Saturday of last week he beat him
I watched Dexter wrestle. Do i think he has a very good shot at winning state? Yes.
Do i think he will win state this year? Probably not.
I personally believe that Conklin is the better wrestler
But, having said that, if Conklin were slightly sick or if Dexter was having a tremendous day could it happen? Yes.
But i say it is unlikely
I will agree that the 125 from catholic is a decent wrestler
Who is the pick as far as teams is concerned now?

Here are the rest of my predictions.

103- Bucky Willett from Heritage
112-not sure.
119-Tanner Mann From Central
125-Michael Reynolds from Catholic High
130-Andrew Wells from Catholic High
135-Ben Cline From Central
140-I do not know yet, however i know who it will not be. Cappy Leaf, i witnessed the final match between Leaf and Bentonville and Cappy looked at his coach mid-match with as look of confusion and surprise. Like he didn't know what to do once someone gave him trouble. He will not win another State Championship.
145-Markeis Eubanks from Fayetteville or Steven Gorgas From Catholic High
152-Not sure, i hear heritage has a good wrestler here.
161-Dexter Carter. And here's why Cody Conklin will not win. Apparently he rarely shows up to practice, and usually attends once a week. His coaches have said that he has a big head and is extremely cocky. Carter hasn't missed a practice all year and was close to beating Conklin last year, Dexter has become at least twelve times as better as he was last year. When Conklin and Carter meet, Conklin wont know what hit him.
171-J.J. Molinaro from Catholic High
189-not sure
215-not sure
heavyweight-not sure

Oh and as far as teams are concerned Bentonville does have the numbers, the talent, the speed, and the strength. But do they have the heart? I don't think so.Heart wins Championships.Heart wins State Titles. Bentonville is beyond beatable this year.

Yes, as a matter of fact I have seen dexter wrestle this year. I watched him decsion our kid from bentonville last weekend. The same kid that Cody conklin mops the mat with each and every day in practice. Did I say that Cody was gong to kill dexter? No I didn't, I said that I felt like he was the better wrestler. By what catholic said about our team lacing heart is completely false. We have a select few individuals that lack heart. One of which, unfortunately is conklin. So can dexter beat him? Yes. But do I think he will? No. Because I personally will see to that my coaches and myself get him to pick it up and get seriouse.
As far as your individual prediction, catholic. 103 from heritage pinning Robert lewis ( bentonville) was a total fluke. Robert will never hit a suicide craddle on that kid again. I'm glad that Robert got pinned. Do you think he would rahter be underrated or be a state champ? He is a good kid and a good wrestler and I hope his getting beat shrunk his head enough for him to get with it before state. We will all be stepping it up. I thno you are 100 percent right about cappy. But things can change. Cappy is a good wrestler but we will see if he decides to work his butt off before sate or not.
And finally, I don't usually like to talk about myself on these forums but I have to say that I pinned your selection as the 119 state champion at the end of the second at heritage. And if you want to talk about cocky hot heads his picture is next to the definition.

Someone who hits a "suicide cradle" during a finals match doesn't sound like a state champion...Tanner will learn from this and will not be beaten so easily again...And by telling me you will have conklin work his but off you are agreeing with me that he hasn't been. Dexter again, has been. Getting conklin to kick into overdrive with three weeks to state wont matter since Dexter hasn't stopped training since state last year.
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. If Bentonville does have people who lack heart, the team will fail. From Catholic's two undefeated wrestlers to the jv who have wrestled two matches, they have more heart and fight in them than any northwest wrestling team combined.
